The Affidavit that Shows that CJ Rush's Commission Staff Misled Her on the Facts, or She Lied --Here's the Whole Truth

Indianapolis - Purple traditionally symbolizes royalty, power, prestige, wisdom and authority. Indiana Chief Justice Loretta Rush's frequent choice of purple suits may project that image of intelligence and institutional authority.

But clothing can symbolize only so much. In HE's view, the more important qualities for any chief justice are honesty, transparency, fairness and equal treatment under the law—and those are precisely the areas where HE has repeatedly questioned Rush's leadership. The sworn testimony of the "KEY WITNESS" who was never allowed to testify shows that honesty is not Rush's strong suit.

Why did she act to destroy attorney Doug Bernacchi? Did she think he knew that kids were being sold in her adoption cases in Indiana? Was it is run for Judge vs. Sen.John Broden from the Justice Committee? Did Bernacchi's smart proposal of “Doug’s Law” threaten a deeply flawed attorney disciplinary system that gives her exclusive power—one that has allowed her loyal NAZIs go after Indiana’s past two attorneys general, showing them who is boss, and which now has Attorney General Todd Rokita fighting the system himself in federal court?

Clearly, AG Rokita's drawers twisted. The sworn document below should put Chief Justice Rush's panties in a bunch.

If the evidence supports what it appears to show, Rush needs to answer for it, correct any demonstrably false findings or orders, and explain fast why she should remain Chief Justice.

Loretta Rush’s reputation should rise or fall on the facts including those below, and looks like her reputation is "shit" —and those facts deserve scrutiny, showing that another failing DEI appointee, like her, has somehow escaped accountability.

Time to put on your dirty brown suits.
