Internet Buzzes With “Breaking News” Claiming Pence Is Linked to Bolton Investigation

Pence Elevated Loretta Rush to Chief Justice? Was it just DEI? Was he told to do it by Mitch Daniels? Was he also involved or benefited financially or his campaign from Indiana Courts’ decision excessive number of adoptions and Child Trafficking? Bernacchi was asking the FBI to investigate and he was running for Circuit Court Judge—only to be suspended wrongly.

Verdict: No publicly verified evidence shows that former Vice President and Indiana Gov. Mike Pence is implicated in the federal investigation of former national security adviser John Bolton. The claim originated in an online post labeled “BREAKING,” but the post cites no charging document, named official or other evidence supporting it. (news.meaww.com)

The posts combine allegations involving Michael Flynn, classified documents, Jan. 6 and purported White House leaks. It points to Bolton’s description of Pence as a “consistent ally,” but that political association does not establish criminal involvement. (news.meaww.com)

Pence is said to have engineered the purjury trap framing Gen. Flynn to the benefit of Dan Coats. Ironically yesterday HE published a story about how a similar perjury trap had been utilized to frame an Indiana lawyer just earlier to that time, and we at the be HE recall Bernacchi telling us “he was told by Aaron Johnson that some one ‘very high up’ had targeted him.” Bernacchi and Pence knew one another in the past. Both had run fot Congress starting in 1990.

The Bolton case is considerably further along than the posts suggests.

Is there new indictments being pursued by the DOJ? A federal grand jury indicted him in October 2025, and the Justice Department announced his guilty plea to willfully retaining national defense information on June 26, 2026. That announcement does not implicate Pence. (justice.gov)
