Hamilton County Republican Party Successfully Holds 2025 Reorganization Caucus

Noblesville, IN – March 5th, 2025 – The Hamilton County Republican Party held its 2025 Reorganization Caucus last Saturday, March 1, at the Mill Top Banquet and Conference Center, located at 802 Mulberry St., Noblesville. Precinct Committeemen and Vice-Precinct Committeemen from across the county convened to elect the party’s leadership team for the next four-year term, setting the stage for continued Republican success in the region.


The caucus saw the reelection of Mario Massillamany as Chairman, Raju Chinthala as Treasurer, and Beth Sheller as Secretary. Joining the leadership team is Stephanie Flittner, who was elected as Vice Chair. The results reflect the confidence that party members have in both their returning leaders and new appointees as they prepare for future challenges and opportunities.


Chairman Mario Massillamany expressed his appreciation for the support, saying, “Thank you to all Precinct Committeemen and Vice-Precinct Committeemen for your trust and confidence in us. We are committed to working hard, raising funds, and supporting our candidates to ensure Republican victories at every level.” His remarks underscored the party’s dedication to maintaining its strong presence in Hamilton County and beyond.


The newly elected leadership team has outlined a clear vision for the next four years, with a focus on strengthening grassroots efforts, enhancing community engagement, and ensuring robust Republican representation throughout the county and state. By building on the party’s foundation of conservative values, the team aims to energize supporters and expand their influence ahead of upcoming elections.
