Eleven men drove to Westfield for sex with 'young girls.' Undercover cops were waiting.

Eleven men drove to Westfield thinking young girls were waiting for sex. Undercover officers were waiting instead.

That is the core of the Hamilton County Internet Crimes Against Children Metro Task Force announcement Tuesday morning: a three-day online chatroom operation from Sept. 22 through Sept. 24 that ended with eleven adults in the Hamilton County Jail on child solicitation and related charges, according to WISH-TV and WIBC reporting on the task force release.

Investigators from the task force worked with Greenwood, Westfield, and Lebanon police. Police say the men had been chatting online with people they believed were young girls, then drove to the Westfield area "for the sole purpose of having sex with those children." When they arrived, undercover officers made the arrests.

With digital evidence as well as admissions by the suspects, it was unmistakable that these men were at the location with the intent to sexually abuse children.

No real child victims are named here because the operation used undercover personas. The cases rest on what officials say the men typed, admitted, and did when they showed up expecting a meet.

The eleven booked in Hamilton County Jail

Preliminary charges as listed by WISH-TV from the task force announcement:

• Ricardo Flores, 43, of Indianapolis — child solicitation, sexual misconduct with a minor, and three counts of dissemination of harmful material to minors.

• Lucky Udoudo, 30, of Carmel — child solicitation and sexual misconduct with a minor.

• El Hadji Babacar Ndiaye, 26, of Indianapolis — child solicitation.

• Sean Conway, 28, of Westfield — child solicitation.

• David Gomez-Posada, 21, of Irving, Texas — child solicitation.

• Simon Cinzah, 31, of Indianapolis — sexual misconduct with a minor and child solicitation.

• Homero Arevalo, 41, of Logansport — child solicitation.

• Darian Foster, 25, of Indianapolis — child solicitation.

• Arvind Kaul, 49, of Carmel — child solicitation.

• Jermas McNeal Jr., 36, of Indianapolis — child solicitation and resisting law enforcement.

• Michael Podniestrazanski, 38, of Indianapolis — child solicitation.

All eleven were listed as Hamilton County Jail inmates as of Tuesday morning. Investigators say the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office may file additional charges where needed.

A charge is an accusation. Each man is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise. The road into Westfield, though, already put eleven adults in orange on the public record — and that is the accountability step parents in Carmel, Indianapolis, Logansport, and Westfield itself can see without waiting for a press-conference soft-sell.
