INDIANAPOLIS – Caitlin Clark delivered another electrifying performance Friday night, putting together a dazzling stat line that immediately sent fans scrambling for tickets to Saturday night's marquee matchup between the Indiana Fever and defending champion New York Liberty. Clark's latest offensive explosion only reinforced her status as the biggest box-office attraction in women's basketball.

The secondary ticket market reacted quickly.

As of late Friday evening, StubHub listed more than 600 tickets available for Saturday's game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, with the cheapest upper-level seats beginning around $57 to $65 including fees. Premium lower-bowl and courtside options were being listed for several hundred dollars, with some of the best seats exceeding $1,000 per ticket.

The Fever-Liberty matchup was already one of the most anticipated games of the summer, featuring Clark against New York stars Sabrina Ionescu and Breanna Stewart. However, another spectacular Clark performance has only heightened interest among fans hoping to witness history in person.

"This is the Caitlin Clark Effect in real time," one fan wrote on social media, noting that many WNBA games see immediate resale spikes whenever Clark puts together a signature performance. Community discussions throughout the season have repeatedly pointed to Indiana games as among the hottest tickets in the league.

Saturday's game also carries playoff implications. Indiana enters the contest firmly in the postseason hunt, while New York is looking to regain momentum after an injury-plagued stretch and recent schedule disruptions. Clark, meanwhile, continues to play through a managed back issue, making each dominant outing even more impressive.

For fans still hoping to attend, waiting may prove costly.

If Clark follows Friday night's performance with another big showing against the Liberty, ticket prices could climb even higher before tipoff.

Current StubHub Snapshot (late Friday):

  • Lowest available seats: approximately $57-$65 with fees

  • Hundreds of seats remain available, but inventory is expected to decline rapidly Saturday morning.

  • Premium lower-level and VIP seating ranges from several hundred dollars to over $1,000 per ticket. This reminds many of the days when Micheal Jordan pushed the prices at the Bulls old stadium to a grand a seat on the lower level.

One thing has become increasingly clear across the WNBA: when Caitlin Clark puts on a show, fans open their wallets to see her break records.

And for Indiana Fever games, the hottest ticket in basketball may only get hotter, while HE refuses to cover the entire league only the news.
